Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of Stealing monies from the person of Benjamin tindal Bridges at the Quarter Sessions at Ely, Cambridgeshire 7 April 1852.
Then aged 17 and by trade a Labourer.
Sentence: 10 years Transportation.
Licence granted 14 July 1856, for early release from Portland prison.
