Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of Larceny with previous conviction for felony at the Quarter Sessions at Birkdale, Lancashire 20 April 1852.
Then aged 15 and by trade a Boot closer.
Sentence: 10 years Transportation.
Licence granted 31 May 1856, for early release from Parkhurst prison.
