Description

Folios 1-2: case no 1, James Harper, aged 18, convict; taken ill at Cork Harbour; sick or hurt, fever, with lanquor chilliness, nausea and headach, pain in the head and loins; put on sick list 12 October 1834, discharged 30 October 1834 cured.

Folios 3-4 and 6: case no 2, Michael Kennedy, aged 19, convict; taken ill at Cork Harbour; sick or hurt, phthisis pulmonalis; put on sick list 15 October 1834, died 23 November 1834 at 11 am.

Folios 5-7: case no 3, William Wax, aged 19, convict; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, pneumonia; put on sick list 19 November 1834, discharged 16 December 1834 cured.

Folios 7-8: case no 4, John Cassiday, aged 23, convict; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, dysentery; put on sick list 26 December 1834, discharged 8 January 1835 cured.

Folios 8-9: case no 5, Marton Curry, aged 28, convict; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, ophthalmia scleratica; put on sick list 5 January 1835, discharged 15 January 1835 cured.

Folios 9-11: case no 6, Edward McNeil, aged 23, convict; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, dysentery; put on sick list 20 January 1835, discharged 4 February 1835 cured.
