Description

Purchase of Mr Adderley's premises: strongly recommends that the Crown should acquire possession in accordance with the arrangements and states that in his opinion the objections which have been raised are based on insufficient grounds. The Executive Council concurs. Unnumbered telegram, folios 148-150
