Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of Stealing two sheets and one blanket the property of John Ackland after a former conviction for felony at the Quarter Sessions at Taunton, Somerset 12 January 1852.
Then aged 32 years and by trade a Labourer.
Sentence: 10 years transportation.
Licence granted 21 February 1856, for early release from Portsmouth prison.
Comments: Restriction, except in the county of Somerset.
