Description

This series contains a continuous series of abstracts of the accounts rendered by sub-accountants (such as receivers, stewards of Crown manors, deputy surveyors, deputy gavellers, etc) to, successively, the Office of Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Works and Buildings, from 1849 to 1851, the Office of Woods, Forests and Land Revenues, from 1851 to 1924, and the Office of Crown Lands, for the years 1924/1925.

It is not certain whether these volumes were placed in the Office of Land Revenue Records and Enrolments simply for safe-keeping, or were deposited in response to a statutory requirement.
