Folio 10: case no. 9, Edward Smith, aged 24, convict; sick or hurt, catarrh. Folio 10: case no. 9, James Polden, aged 28, convict; sick or hurt, catarrh. Folio 10: case no. 9, D. Whitaker, aged 48, seaman; sick or hurt, catarrh. Folio 10: the prisoners whose names are mentioned above [cases no. 9] were treated for catarrh during the month of October, the greater number of cases were of slight nature. Folios 10-11: case no. 10, Charles Wilson, aged 21, convict; taken ill at Sheerness; sick or hurt, diarrhoea; put on sick list 21 September 1834, discharged 28 September 1834 cured. Folio 11: case no. 11, Peter [Lincy?], aged 46, convict; sick or hurt, diarrhoea. Folio 11: case no. 11, William Smith, aged 30, convict; sick or hurt, diarrhoea. Folio 11: [the above two cases] were put on the list afflicted in the same way as the foregoing [case no. 10] patient, both were successfully treated.
