Communicates note on land leased by Sultan of Zanzibar to German Evangelical Society: German Government will enter into negotiations for transfer of land to Zanzibar Government providing that freehold rights in land on which present German Consulate stands be granted by Zanzibar Government and proposing that negotiations be entered into at once.
