Sent by Judge Lindsey Smith, Zanzibar (ref 1) on 23/01/1906.

Reports death of Registrar, Mr Bomanji Dhunjibhoy Talati, at Zanzibar; transmits application of and recommends Mr Framrose Doctor for post and appointment of one new interpreter at 100 rupees.
