Sent by Basil S Cave, the British Agency and Consulate General, Zanzibar (ref 56) on 28/05/1906.

Transmits note by Vice Consul Henry Cavendish Venables reporting on progress on Mrogoro railway, on increase in strength of black troops in the German East Africa and on enlargement of floating dock at Dar es Salaam.
