Sent by Basil S Cave, the British Agency and Consulate General, Zanzibar (ref 174) on 28/12/1905.

Offers observations on possible reduction of light and harbour dues at Zanzibar; encloses correspondence from Acting Collector of Customs, W B Swinerd including statistics on imports and exports into and from Zanzibar 1900 1905 and F S Bardo, Port Officer, 'Report on Shipping for 1900 - 1905'.
