Description

Folios 21-24. Zanzibar: code 448, file 3680, paper 18688.

Sent by the Exchequer and Audit Department on 27/05/1906.

Agrees with proposal for loan of services of an East Africa Protectorate Officer to Zanzibar Government and recommends that it may be accepted, subject to reconsideration, if necessary, at the end of three years.
