Sent by the Colonial Office on 10/05/1906.

Transmits despatches from East Africa respecting proposal by Mr Clarke for loan of services of East Africa Protectorate Audit Officer to Zanzibar Government for three months annually; asks for concurrence of Foreign Office and reference to Treasury for approval.
