Description

Folios 438-446. France: code 17, file 41657, paper 42367. Sent by Sir Francis Bertie, the British Embassy, Paris (ref 512) on 15/12/1906. Transmits copy of letter from Father Boyle of Collège des Irlandais, stating arguments in support of his contention that neither Separation Law of 1905 nor law of 1881 apply to college; requests that these view be passed to French Government. Received on 18/12/1906. 9 folios.
