[Charles Delafay?] to [W Conolly?]. The king has ordered a reply be made to the lord justices. Please assist the Lord Lieutenant who is arriving in Ireland to calm the situation and help him wean the people from notions of independence. Endorsed: 'Dra[f]t to - Not sent'
