William Conolly to [Delafay?]. A Council was called to discuss Wood's halfpence but no decision was taken. Hopes the order to be sent to the commissioners of the revenue was conditional. Opines that the whole of Ireland are against the halfpence, but will not comment on the Privy Council report. Dated at Dublin.
