Following its transfer to the Public Record Office, this series was listed in 1907. That listing identified 43 separate bundles of material, each containing records of miscellaneous dates and places of origin.

The 1907 arrangement has been retained. The bundles then identified correspond to the 43 subseries in the modern catalogue description for this series.
