Folio 2: Jane Watters's infant, aged 4 months; sick or hurt, vaccinated; put on sick list 6 December 1830.

Folios 11-12: Elizabeth Paton, aged 19; sick or hurt, partus [parturition], a little before 8 she was safely delivered of a male infant, the same evening the mother complained of pain in the situation of the descending portion of the colon attended with a little febrile disturbance; put on sick list 30 January 1831, discharged 20 March 1831.
Folio 13: Ann Marsden's infant, aged 7 months; sick or hurt, marasmus, he had been ailing according to the mother account ever since he had left England he had been weaned but a day or two before he was embarked and the mother finding the food he was supplied with to be unsuitable, again put him to the breast after this she found him to be accasionally affected with diarrhoea; put on sick list 1 February 1831, died 3 February 1831 at 11 o'clock.
Folios 13-14: Elizabeth Harvey, aged 23; sick or hurt, arthrosia; put on sick list 1 February 1831, discharged 14 February 1831.
Folios 14-16: Jane Walter's son, aged 3 years; sick or hurt, enteritis, affected with acute pain in the chest increased by coughing attended with difficulty of breathing, 12th February [folio 16] soon after midnight he became very restless, he sank very rapidly refusing all kinds of refreshment that was offered him; put on sick list 20 December 1830, died 12 February 1831 about 4 oclock.
Folios 16-17, 36-37: Elizabeth Whare, aged 23; sick or hurt, paramenia; put on sick list 2 February 1831, discharged 10 February 1831, she was readmitted [folio 36] on 29 March 1831 of the same symptoms, discharged 14 April 1831.
Folio 17: Hannah Spurrier, aged 21; sick or hurt, struma vulgaris; put on sick list 2 February 1831, discharged 20 February 1831.
Folios 17-18: Susan Sandall, aged 60; sick or hurt, cholera biliosa, was very feeble woman complained of violent pain in the bowels with frequent loose motions was attacked with headache and ather febrile symptoms, [on] 18th February vomiting and purging continued through the night she refused to take nourishment and she became more and more feeble the skin was covered with a cold sweat the vomiting continued and the motions were passed without her being conscious of it; put on sick list 6 February 1831, died 19 February 1831 at 2 o'clock.
Folio 19: Martha Crosscomb, aged 48; sick or hurt, diarrhoea biliosa; put on sick list 17 February 1831, discharged 28 February 1831.
Folios 19-20: Ellen Howard, aged about 42; sick or hurt, limosis cardialgia, violent pain over the crown of the head vomiting of bilious matter and griping pain in the bowels; put on sick list 24 February 1831, discharged 10 March 1831.
Folio 21: Mary Blure, aged 27; sick or hurt, cholera biliosa; put on sick list 25 February 1831, discharged 5 March 1831.
