Folio 9: [James] Rowles, aged 20, seaman, taken ill at Malta; sick or hurt, fever; taken ill on 8 September 1815, discharged 8 September 1815 to hospital at Malta.

Folios 9-12: William Hews, aged 23, seaman, taken ill at Malta; sick or hurt, pneumonia; taken ill on 11 September 1815, discharged 13 October 1815 to duty.

Folios 9-10: Henry Humpthorn, aged 35, seaman, taken ill at Malta; sick or hurt, pneumonia; taken ill on 11 September 1815, discharged 3 October 1815 to duty.

Folios 10-10a: James McNamara, aged 24, seaman, taken ill at Malta; sick or hurt, pneumonia; taken ill on 11 September 1815, discharged 10 October 1815 to duty.

Folio 10: William [Lydiade], aged 17, boy, taken ill at Malta; sick or hurt, fever; taken ill on 13 September 1815, discharged 22 September 1815 to duty. Folio 10: the other is much altered cases which would have been consider a few days ago to fever have now more of the character of pneumonia.

Folio 10: 14 September 1815; Vilette Harbour, William Stephens seaman fell from the maintop down on the quarterdeck between seven and eight this morning the injury done to his head was so great as to deprive him instantly of life and to render any assistance from me useless.

Folio 10: 20 September 1815; Malta Harbour, the ship being ordered to proceed direct for England it was thought proper to discharge all our men at present in the hospital ( to the number of 12) on board their own ship, of the 12 discharged on board 10 appears to be convalescent on has [prevalent] expectoration, the 12th is a boy of sixteen in the very last stage of consumption.

Folio 13: 6 November 1815; Vilette, we received 7 people on board to day from the hospital three of them belong to this ship and are convalescent from pneumonia, the remaining four are invalides sent here for a passage to England.

Folio 14: William Burke, late surgeon of Woodlark, taken ill at Malta; sick or hurt, phthisis pulmonalis, invalided and sent on board from the hospital for a passage to England, sent on board 6 November 1815, discharged 22 December 1815 to hospital at Haslar.
