Description

William Wesley Pole. Commissioner Cunningham has sent a petition from the Deptford shipwrights employed on the Queen Charlotte about the lowness of their earnings, together with a report from the Master Shipwright. Those employed on the 8th Article may have an addition of one quarter to the price allowed by the scheme of 1776, as agreed for those working on the Bombay.
