Copy letter from Baring, Main and Company stating Henry Season and Company's have advised all British property and payments are embargoed in Russia. Some have been sold and the proceeds held by that Government or persons they appointed. Suggest HM Ministers be asked to consider taking measures with the Russian Government while their Tagin Fleet is in our possession, so as to obtain refund estimated at £60-£70,000..
