Copy letter from W G Lobb, Gibraltar yard. Asks for directions to comply with a request to supply Naval stores to The Emperor of Morocco as they have 5 frigates now in the Bay and are constantly applying for different articles. The circumstances referred to in Commissioner Middleton's letter of December 1807 do not currently exist. A frigate has been coppered and fitted out, but another hull has been sent with the expectation that it will also be done..
