William Wesley Pole. A representative of the late Sir Robert Mains, Master of the Albatross, has asked for dispensation for his Journals and Certificates. How he is borne on the books. As there is a Lieutenant's journal in office for the time in question, and in view of the master's death, production of Journals and Certificates may be dispensed with and ask for approval
