William Wellesley Pole. Asked to report on James Bulger, reported by Captain White, Regulating Captain at Dublin, to be held in confinement at Bamagher as a deserter from the Neptune. There is no record of James Bulger on the books of either Neptune or Leda and during the time period stated in the report the Neptune was at St. Helena and the Leda was not in commission
