William Wellesley Pole. Andrew Allen Junior, Consul at Boston, has drawn three bills, two of which relate to the passage of British seamen to Halifax. The first bill is supported by notarised statements from John Bass, Master of the sloop Trader, and his mate. The second bill, in favour of John Bass, is supported by a voucher. There is no explanation relating to the third bill. Ask if they should be paid.
