Description

William Wellesley Pole. Captain John Wood requests that his accounts for the Phaeton are passed without certain missing records. The secretary to the late Sir Thomas Troubridge has certified that the records were put on board the Blenheim before that ship foundered. Opine that the records should be dispensed with and report that the Commissioners of the Victualling concur.
