Description

William Wellesley Pole. The agents to Captain Thomas Harvey request that his accounts for Standard should be passed without a muster book. A receipt from Captain Palmer shows that the book was sent on board Nautilus before the ship was lost. Opine that the present accounts should be passed. Since Captain Harvey is still in command of Standard he should be required to produce a duplicate muster book with his subsequent accounts.
