Hon. William Wellesley Pole. The Agent for John Gager has applied for dispensation for his books and papers in order to pass his accounts for the time he acted as Boatswain of the Sheerness. We have received no books or papers for passing his accounts but the Captain has passed accounts for the time. Opine in consideration of the length of time elapsed since his death, he may be granted dispensation upon his representatives making the usual affidavit and upon Admiralty order
