Description

Unsigned note. A letter is to be written to the Directors of the Chest enclosing two petitions from Captain MacKay and advising them the Admiralty is satisfied that Mr. Keilor received the injury in the execution of his duty. Recommend dispensation for the production of a smart ticket in consideration of the circumstances
