Description

Hon. William Wellesley Pole. Sir Harry Neale, Captain of the Royal Sovereign Yacht, has been appointed as Captain of the Channel Fleet and is now entered on the Ville De Paris. The Royal Sovereign is now left without a commissioned officer. Ask whether she should be continued in sea pay and victualling and her muster book left open. Ask for directions
