William Wellesley Pole. Vice-Admiral Whitshed has asked for the appointment of a Master to the Louisa hired Tender employed at Cork, in the place of Thomas Quinn, who together with 5 of the crew, has been discharged from her books to the supernumerary list, having been concerned in an improper transaction. Mr. Roche, the owner of the Louisa reports the men are now prisoners on board the Amsterdam and asks if the men found by the owner are subject to Naval discipline, that Thomas Quinn, the Master and George Burgess, one of the owner's complement, be tried by Court Martial. Ask for directions
