Description

William Wellesley Pole. Lieutenant Fanshawe has asked to be paid from his appointment to the Orquixo until his arrival in England. How he is borne on the books. The Lieutenant may be paid Personal Pay from the day of his embarkation to join his ship to the day he landed in England, if an order is issued
