Description

William Wellesley Pole. George Bryant, Master Mariner and part owner of the Brig Abeona, has sought remuneration for damages she sustained when lying at Appledore, when two HM vessels broke from their moorings and ran foul of her. Opine that the accident was a sea risk and no compensation should be paid.
