William Wesley Pole. Lieutenant Francis Stanfell was entered on the Transfer Sloop in June 1801 as Acting Captain, from the Foudroyant, by order of Lord Keith. He was discharged in January 1802 to the Foudroyant. No muster books have been received from June to October 1801. Cannot recommend the dispensation requested.
