Description

William Wesley Pole. Ask whether, in light of propositions of the fourth report of the Board of Revision, which are to be carried out with certain exceptions, and in particular 'that no augmentation shall be made to the salaries of the Commissioners, excepting to the Commissioner at Portsmouth', we are to consider the arrangement as expressed in the printed copy, null and void by this exception.
