William Wesley Pole. Ask for the Commanders-in-Chief to instruct Captain John Hancock of the St Christopher Sloop and Lieutenant Charles C Fitch Commanding the Grouper Armed Schooner, who left port without delivering a complete muster book for their vessels to Mr Gilbert, Naval Officer at Antigua, to do so
