William Wesley Pole. Lieutenant Harward has asked for dispensation in passing store accounts when he commanded the Swinger Gun Brig, subject to the usual affidavit, and ask for directions. The books and papers for passing his accounts were delivered to the Navy Office in April 1806, but have accidentally been mislaid.
