Copy letter from Lord Collingwood to Commissioner Middleton. Lord Castlereagh proposes the request of the Emperor of Morocco should be met and presumes that instructions have been given. A delay would lose some of the friendship value of acceding to the request. Rear Admiral Purvis will order a ship to carry those supplies, and as the value of them is to be carried to account in payment for cattle, we need to keep a copy of their value.
