Description

William Wellesley Pole. James Ireland Wilkinson has requested that his journals are dispensed with to permit payment for his service as 2nd Master of Encounter gun brig and as Master of Diomede and Sampson. Opine that the journals may be dispensed with on the production of the logs that Wilkinson claims to have kept.
