Copy letter from George Countess at Dublin sending a letter from Captain Dawson of the Broad Haven District requesting payment for expenses incurred in the erection of signal masts and a letter from Sir E.B. Littlehales, Secretary of War, stating that the expense should be paid by the Naval Department. Requests directions that payment be made to Captain Dawson..
