William Marsden. Commissioner Grey informs us Mark Lee, Master of the Deptford transport, has reported Michael English fell from the fore yard during a gale on 18th February and suffered a compound fracture of his right thigh. This will leave him crippled. Are sending a statement of the man's time of service and ask for him to be recommended for admittance to Greenwich Hospital
