Description

William Marsden. Commissioner Grey informs us that George Blinkinsop, Shipwright of the Sunderland, and several others have asked to be employed at the Sunderland Yard. Ask whether Captain Charlton, the Regulating Officer there, should be instructed to grant protections for a reasonable time to those who have served their full apprenticeships of 7 years. Ask for an order to be issued
