Description

William Marsden. The Portsmouth Officers inform us that the stores for the signal stations at Guernsey and Jersey were put on the Deptford Transport on the 23rd. Asks for directions to be given for someone to take charge of the stores in the islands, there being no officer appointed to the signal stations as yet
