William Marsden. Thomas Sutton has petitioned to be employed as a Carpenter on a ship in a dockyard. Opine that he is probably too old to be entered as a shipwright and we know of no other provision that can be made for him. If either of his sons have served a regular apprenticeship and are fully qualified they should present themselves to the Officers for examination
