Description

William Marsden. Lieutenant Robert Russell asks for his pay for the Superieure. He entered in August 1806 and was lent to a prize in January 1807. If you are satisfied he was on duty on the day he arrived in England, opine he may receive full pay as Lieutenant to that date and half pay thereafter. Asks for an order to pay him
