Description

William Marsden. Captain Collier of the Surveillante asks that one or two Carpenters and a Painter may be sent from the flagship at the Nore to hasten the equipping of his ships. Asks whether the Admiralty has given permission for the loan of these men from the supernumeraries at the Nore or should they be sent from the dockyards.
