Description

William Marsden. John Brown has invented rollers to be used in the hawse holes of ships. Captain Burlton wrote to Vice Admiral Russell about the advantages of the proposals who reported on the rollers and capstan being tried in the Resolution last year. Recommend the proposals are discontinued
