Description

William Marsden. Mr. Leslie, Carpenter of the Blanche, has asked to be paid his wages. He appears open on the last book received ending July 1806. Ask if he should be paid before the Court Martial into the loss of the ship and before the Captain has verified the reasons he did not return to the ship prior to her loss.
