William Marsden. Captain Henry Barwell asks to be paid for his command of the Speedy in November 1806. Opine that as his period of command was so short and there is no imprest against him, his account may be dispensed with upon his producing a certificate that he left the necessary books and papers to pass his account. The Victualling Board advise that they have receiverd a quarterly account for the Speedy from Captain Muddle which includes Captain Barwell's time in command.
