Description

Extract from a letter from Dr. Scott, Chaplain of Portsmouth Dock Yard, to Commissioner Grey advising that the Chapel has not been repaired or painted since 1793 and asking for consideration of his proposal for the extension of the altar rail and a plan for better accommodation..
